How to add payment details on the Megabonus website?
You can add payment details in the “My wallet” section. Below is a more detailed instruction for self-orientation on the site:
1. To open the “My wallet” section, click the menu button in the top left corner or the userpic in the top right corner(1) and then the “Withdraw” button (2).
3. Carefully look through the available withdrawal methods, choose the most suitable and click its card.
⚠️ Some cards can be transparent. This means that there are still not enough funds to withdraw with this method.
You can add and confirm the payment details for this method anyway. However, funds can be withdrawn only when the minimum amount is reached.
4. Enter the account number in the appeared field and click “Add payment details”.
5. To complete the process, click the “Apply” button in the letter, that is automatically sent to the email.
To do so, open the inbox of the email that you saved in your Megabonus profile. You can check your email address in the “settings” section.
Look up the recommendations in case you have any difficulties confirming the payment details.
How to add payment details in the Megabonus mobile app?
Open the Megabonus app and follow the instructions to add the payment details:
1. Tap the profile button in the bottom right corner.
2. In the appeared list select “My payment details”, and the withdrawal method in the next list.
3. You will see the description of the method. Look through the information and tap “Add payment details” at the bottom of the screen.
📌 Return to the previous screen by tapping the arrow in the top left corner in case you’d like to choose another method.
5. Enter the account number in the details field and tap “Save”.
6. After that, a letter will be automatically sent to the address you entered during registration in Megabonus.
🏆 You will receive the correspondent notifications after successfully adding the details. Tap the 🔔 icon in the top right corner to see them. The details will appear in the "My wallet" section and when the minimum amount is reached, funds are available for withdrawal.
