As of 1 October 2022, cash back is no longer available for non-affiliated items for all countries. You can check the product for affiliation on the page.
The conditions regarding the division of countries are also maintained for affiliated goods. That means that cash back activation and product delivery must take place within the same country group. In this case, the cash back will be credited.
There are 2 groups of countries for this division. The first group includes: Armenia Azerbaijan Belarus Georgia Kazakhstan Kyrgyzstan Moldova Russia Tajikistan Turkmenistan Uzbekistan. The second group includes countries that did not make it into the first group.
AliExpess will determine the location by IP address and the address given in the order. Therefore, if the IP address is not defined at all, there will also be no accrual.
Changes in cash back accrual from the 1st of March 2022.
- Cash back activation and delivery take place outside the CIS and Georgia — cash back is credited for any goods.
- Activation take place outside the CIS or Georgia, but delivery will be to these countries — there is no cash back accrual for any goods.
- Cash back activation was in the CIS or Georgia + delivery to any country — there will be an accrual only for affiliated products. You can still check a product for affiliation on the site.

Changes in cash back accrual for non-affiliated goods from the 25th of September 2020.
On the AliExpress marketplace, products are divided into two groups: affiliate and non-affiliate.
To get cash back, you need to choose affiliate ones. These are the goods for which the cash back service receives a commission from the seller. In this case, the seller himself sets the size of the commission.
The situation with unaffiliated goods differs from country to country, but the conditions of getting a cash back are less tempting.
A list of exceptions is common for users in any country. These are the stores for which no cash back will be credited.The list of stores is changing all the time and available at the link.
However, sometimes there are other goods in stores for which users from other countries do not get cash back. There is no way to identify these goods in advance.
Information for Russian users: there are local unaffiliated stores where the goods are delivered from a warehouse located in Russia. Such stores are listed on AliExpress along with Chinese stores.
Cash back for their goods appears in "My Cash Back" with a big delay — up to 90 days after an order confirmation on AliExpress.
If you open a dispute or request a refund on such an order, the information about the cash back will not appear in "My Cash Back" at all.
Changes in cash back crediting for Ukraine and other countries (except CIS countries) from September 10, 2020.
New rules from AliExpress came into force on September 10, 2020. They apply to Ukraine and other countries expect the CIS countries. Cash back is not credited for non-affiliated products anymore.
Changes in the calculation of cashback from February 20, 2020.
On February 20, 2020 at 11:00 Moscow time new changes came into force from AliExpress website. They apply to Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan.
For non-affiliated products, cash back is not credited, as before. But for affiliate products, cash back amount will now be set by sellers from AliExpress. It will no longer depend on the product category and its percentage may vary from 0.28% to 57.5%.
These changes came from AliExpress and are broadcasted by all cashback services. Aliexpress promises to provide a tool to determine a more accurate amount of cashback. We expect it to appear in March. For now, we recommend that you check the product affiliate and follow the news.
Changes in cashback crediting for non-affiliated products on December 17, 2019.
There is a special group of products on the AliExpress trading platform called non-affiliated or non-partnering. Initially, cash back services did not receive a commission from the seller for these products, and users did not receive cash back.
The situation changed in October 2017: AliExpress included this type of product in the cash back program. However, the percentage for them was lower and equated to the cash back category for the category "Mobile devices".
On October 10, 2018, the conditions were changed for the better and the category of non-affiliated products was removed, and AliExpress began to send cash back for it from its own funds.
A few hours ago, information was received from our partners that very soon the conditions will change again. On December 17, 2019, from 10:00 Moscow time, AliExpress stops calculating cash back for non-affiliated products.
This will happen not for all users, but for a number of countries: Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Moldova.
