How do I restore my password in Megabonus app?
If you forgot your password, you can restore it via the application.
There are two options to restore the password - one in case you forgot your login or lost the access to it and the other one in case you remember your login and can use it.
If you remember the login you used for signing up in Megabonus, please:
1. Open the Megabonus app and choose "Sign in with Email".
2. You can enter your Login and password appears, and the question "Forgot your password?" right underneath it.
3. Enter your login and press the button "Restore password."
4. If everything is right - a notification appears, stating that a letter has been sent to your email address. If you misspelled the email, a corresponding notification appears.
Please note the following:
- The changes are applied at once, there is no need to confirm the change. You can use a new password to log into Megabonus.
- A password is generated each time you ask for a letter. Please request a new password only after you have used the previous one. Only the latest password is active and can be used to log in.
- If you haven't received your password in 15-20 minutes, please check the Spam folder.
If you don't remember your login or don't have access to it - we will gladly assist you!
1. Go to your AliExpress account (you can choose any other store you purchased in).
2. Copy the order numbers that you received cashback for.
3. Contact Customer Support about it and ask a support manager to find your account in Megabonus. Please provide the order numbers.
