How to leave Feedback about the store?
What is Store Feedback? How do I leave Store Feedback?
Review of a store is the feedback based on customer’s experience. It helps other users to make their choice and be aware of possible problems.
To leave Feedback just rate a store but it is better to describe your experience on every step. You can mention any information you find important such as additional bonus from the store, the quality of customer support service etc.
How do I find Store Feedback and leave my own?
1. Find the store on the page «All stores» or via the search bar.
2. Click «Learn more».
3. You will find the Feedback section under the coupons block. To see all the reviews click «All Feedback of the store …».
4. You can add your Feedback by clicking a yellow button «Leave feedback». It is placed next to the store’s rating.
5. To leave your feedback rate the store from 1 to 4 and click «Send feedback».
Evaluation is required and the other fields are optional.
How do I edit my Store Feedback?
You can always edit your Feedback if you have something to add. To do it:
1. Find the store on the page «All stores» or via the search bar.
2. Click «Learn more».
3. You will see the button «Edit». Click it to start editing.
4. When you finish editing,click «Send feedback».
