Rules for posting Store Feedback.
Every Store Feedback has to pass the moderation. To have your review approved please follow the rules of our site and posting the content on the internet. You can learn more on the page.
1. Store Feedback is an expression of personal opinion of the user. The owner of the site Megabonus is not responsible for the posted reviews, and does not moderate them before posting.
2. Store Feedback posted on the site does not reflect the opinion of the owner of the site.
3. The owner of the site has the right to remove a Store Feedback at any time.
4. Posting a Store Feedback on Megabonus website the user has to follow the following rules:
4.1. It is forbidden to post Store Feedbacks containing information prohibited by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including:
1. pedophilia (including naked children)
2. extremism / terrorism
3. calls for the overthrow and replacement of the existing regime
4. calls for riots and disobedience to government bodies
5. suicide
6. drug propaganda
7. Nazism.
If any such violation is detected, content is deleted and user is blocked.
4.1.1. Pedophilia (including naked children)
“According to the Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”, the grounds for inclusion in the register of prohibited sites are:
1) decisions of the federal executive power bodies authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation which are adopted in compliance with their scope of authority in the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation in respect of the following which can be disseminated through the Internet:
а) materials with pornographic images of minors and/or announcements about engaging minors as performers for participation in entertainment events of pornographic nature;
According to this posting of this kind of content is prohibited.”
4.1. 2. Extremism / terrorism
“According to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 114-FZ «On Countering extremist Activity» distribution of extremist materials, as well as their production or storage for the purpose of distribution, shall be forbidden in the territory of the Russian Federation ”.
4.1.3. Calls for the overthrow and replacement of the existing regime
“According to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 114-FZ «On Countering extremist Activity» distribution of extremist materials, as well as their production or storage for the purpose of distribution, shall be forbidden in the territory of the Russian Federation. Extremist Activity includes knowingly false public accusations against a person holding an official State position in the Russian Federation or in a constituent entity of the Russian Federation of having, during his or her term of office, engaged in activities indicated in this article that constitute an offence motivated by political, ideological, racial, ethnic or religious hatred and crimes committed against any social group.”
4.1.4. Calls for riots and disobedience to government bodies
“According to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 114-FZ «On Countering extremist Activity» distribution of extremist materials, as well as their production or storage for the purpose of distribution, shall be forbidden in the territory of the Russian Federation. Extremist Activity includes violent change to the foundations of the constitutional order or violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation;”.
4.1.5. Suicide
According to the Federal Law “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”, the grounds for inclusion in the register of prohibited sites are:
1) decisions of the federal executive power bodies authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation which are adopted in compliance with their scope of authority in the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation in respect of the following which can be disseminated through the Internet:
в) information about the ways to commit suicide or calls to suicide.
According to this posting of this kind of content is prohibited.”
4.1.6. Drug propaganda
“According to Part 1 of Article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, clause 1, Article. 46 of the Federal Law of January 8, 1998. No. 3-FZ (as amended on 03.02.2015) «On narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances» information about the ways and methods of developing, making and using narcotic agents, psychotropic substances and their precursors, places where such agents, substances and their precursors can be acquired, about the methods and places of cultivating plants containing narcotic agents; as well as production and distribution of books and mass media or internet shall be prohibited”.
4.1.7. Nazism.
“According to paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the Federal Law of July 25, 2002 No. 114-FZ «On Countering extremist Activity» distribution of extremist materials, as well as their production or storage for the purpose of distribution, shall be forbidden in the territory of the Russian Federation. Extremist Activity includes The promotion and public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or materials that may be mistaken for Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or the public display of paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations..”
4.2. The user is prohibited from posting the information containing statements offending individuals, or defamation of a business.
4.3. The user is prohibited from posting the information violating the exclusive rights of third parties.
4.4 It is prohibited to post Store Feedbacks containing advertisements of competitors or other third-party services.
