The terms of posting reviews

1. Review is an expression of personal subjective opinion of User. The owner of Megabonus website bears no responsibility for the published reviews and does not moderate reviews before posting them on the Website.

2. A Review published on the Website is not an expression of the Website’s owner’s opinion.  

3. The owner of the Website has the right to remove the Review posted on the Website at any time.

4.When posting Reviews on Megabonus Website, User must follow the following rules:

4.1. It is prohibited to post reviews containing information prohibited by the Legislation of the Russian Federation including:

  1. pedophilia (including naked children)
  2. extremism and terrorism
  3. calls for violation of legislation
  4. calls for riots and disobedience to government bodies
  5. suicide
  6. drug propaganda
  7. nazism.

If any such violation is detected, content is deleted and User is permanently blocked.  

4.1.1. Pedophilia (including naked children)

“According to Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information", as grounds for including in the register shall be deemed:

1) decisions of the federal executive power bodies authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation which are adopted in compliance with their scope of authority in the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation in respect of the following which can be disseminated through the Internet:

a) materials with pornographic images of minors and/or announcements about engaging minors as performers for participation in entertainment events of pornographic nature.

In connection with the above, publishing of such content is prohibited.”

4.1. 2. Extremism/terrorism

“In accordance with the paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Federal Law No. 114-FZ of 25 July 2002 "On combating extremist activity", the dissemination of extremist materials and also the production or storage of such materials with the aim of dissemination shall be prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation.”.

4.1.3. Calls for violation of legislation

“In accordance with the paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Federal Law No. 114-FZ of 25 July 2002 "On combating extremist activity", the dissemination of extremist materials and also the production or storage of such materials with the aim of dissemination shall be prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation. Any public, knowingly false accusation of an individual holding state office of the Russian Federation or state office of a Russian Federation constituent entity of having committed actions mentioned in the present Article and that constitute offences while discharging their official duties; organisation and preparation of the aforementioned actions and also incitement of others to commit them shall be considered extremist.”

4.1.4. Calls for riots and disobedience to government bodies

“In accordance with the paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Federal Law No. 114-FZ of 25 July 2002 "On combating extremist activity", the dissemination of extremist materials and also the production or storage of such materials with the aim of dissemination shall be prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation. Violent change to the foundations of the constitutional order or violation of the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation shall be considered extremist”.

4.1.5. Suicide

According to Federal Law "On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information", as grounds for including in the register shall be deemed:

1) decisions of the federal executive power bodies authorized by the Government of the Russian Federation which are adopted in compliance with their scope of authority in the procedure established by the Government of the Russian Federation in respect of the following which can be disseminated through the Internet:

b) information on ways of committing suicide, as well as calls for committing suicide.

In connection with the above, publishing of such content is prohibited.”

4.1.6. Drug propaganda

“In accordance with part 1 of Article 6.13 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation, paragraph 1 of Article 46 of Federal Law №3-FZ of 8 January 1998 (as amended on 3 February 2015)  "On Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances", propaganda or illegal advertising of narcotic agents, psychotropic substances and their precursors as well as activities of physical or legal persons aming to disseminate information about the ways and methods of developing, making and using narcotic agents, psychotropic substances and their precursors, places where such agents, substances and their precursors can be acquired, about the methods and places of cultivating plants containing narcotic agents shall be prohibited”.

4.1.7. Nazism.

“In accordance with the paragraph 1 of Article 13 of Federal Law No. 114-FZ of 25 July 2002 "On combating extremist activity", the dissemination of extremist materials and also the production or storage of such materials with the aim of dissemination shall be prohibited on the territory of the Russian Federation. The promotion and public display of Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or materials that may be mistaken for Nazi paraphernalia or symbols, or the public display of paraphernalia or symbols of extremist organizations shall be considered extremist.”

4.2. User is prohibited from posting reviews containing offending materials or materials that defame honor, dignity or business reputation.

4.3. User is prohibited from posting reviews containing materials violating the exclusive rights of the third parties.
