You can add payment details in the “My wallet” section. Below is a more detailed instruction for self-orientation on the site:
1. To open the “My wallet” section, click the menu button in the top left corner or the userpic in the top right corner and then the “Withdraw” button (2).
2. Find “Bank card” on the page of withdrawal methods and click “Add payment details”.
3. After you enter the card number the additional window will open. Fill in all the fields, check for typos and click “Add payment details”. Click “Cancel” in case you change your decision.
All the provided information is confidential and is used only for payout processing.
4. To complete the process, click the “Apply” button in the letter, that is automatically sent to the email.

Enter your first and last names in Latin letters as it is written on your card. If your card is unregistered, enter your first and last names in any form.
Follow this rules when filling in the name and surname fields:
- There should be no less than 2 words.
- There should be no more than 1 period.For example: "Mr. Holder Holder" - is correct, "Mr. Holder Jr. Holder" - is incorrect.
- Every word should be no less than 2 characters.For example: "MM Holder" - is correct, "M Holder" - is incorrect.
- Symbol "-" is defined as a separator between words.For example: "Mr Holder" - is correct, "M-r Holder" - is incorrect;
- It is forbidden to enter words that are geographical names and are not the first and last names of the card owner.
