How to add your first and last names to the details of the card which you’ve saved earlier?

You can do it without confirmation via email. In case you see the message with the request to add your first and last names, click “Change payment details”.

Enter the card number again in the appeared form. Also, enter the first and last names in Latin letters as it is written on your card. If your card is unregistered, enter your first and last names in any form. Check for typos and click “Add payment details”.

After that you can request payouts again.

How to add payment details of a new bank card?

You can add payment details in the “My wallet” section. Below is a more detailed instruction for self-orientation on the site:

1.  To open the “My wallet” section, click the menu button in the top left corner or the userpic in the top right corner and then the “Withdraw” button (2).

2. Find “Bank card” on the page of withdrawal methods and click “Add payment details”.

3. Enter the card number in the appeared window as well as your first and last names in Latin letters as it is written on your card in the next window. 

If your card is unregistered, enter your first and last names in any form.

4. Check whether everything is correct and click “Add payment details”.

5. To complete the process, click the “Apply” button in the letter, that is automatically sent to the email.
