How to delete payment details on the Megabonus website?

You can delete payment details in the “My wallet” section. Below is a more detailed instruction for self-orientation on the site:

1.  To open the “My wallet” section, click the menu button in the top left corner or the userpic in the top right corner and then the “Withdraw” button (2).

3. Choose the required method and click on it.

4. Click “Delete” under the confirmed details. 

5. Click “Yes, delete” in the appeared window. 

6. To complete the process, click the “Apply” button in the letter, that is automatically sent to the email.

To do so, open the inbox of the email that you saved in your Megabonus profile. You can check your email address in the “settings” section.

Look up the recommendations in case you have any difficulties confirming the payment details.

How to delete payment details in the Megabonus mobile app?

Open the Megabonus app and follow the instructions to delete the payment details:

1. Tap the profile button in the bottom right corner.

2. In the appeared list select “My payment details”, and the withdrawal method in the next list.

3. Tap the bin icon in the top right corner and confirm your intentions by tapping “Delete”

4. To complete the process, click the “Apply” button in the letter, that is automatically sent to the email.
