Why did cash back disappear from my account?

    HOW TO UNDERSTAND AND WHAT TO DO IF:

  1. New registration via social networks.
  2. Mistake while signing up.
  3. Accidental authorization in somebody’s account.
  4. What can I do if I am confused?

Cash back can’t disappear for no reason so there is no need to worry. If there is ho cash back on your account it means you accidentally created another account.Let’s see some examples and find out what actions you should take.

New registration via social networks.

You can sign up on the website:

  • By logging in to social networks. Your email linked to social network will be your Megabonus login as well. You can add the password or restore via this email.  
  • With login (email address) and password.  You can also link your Vkontakte, Facebook or Odnoklassniki accounts to your Megabonus account so that you will have new ways of accessing Megabonus. You can link the account only on the page Settings.  

 ⚠️ If you log in via social networks without linking the account you will create new account.

What can I do? We can merge your accounts so that all the information about your cash back and your orders will be stored in one account. Prepare the screenshot of your orders made via Megabonus. You can take screenshots on a computer or mobile device. It will help us to make sure you are the owner of the account. Then contact us in any way you prefer.

Mistake while signing up.

Sometimes users accidentally make misprints in the emails when signing up. For example: the correct address is mymegabonus@mail.ru but mymegabonus@mail.com was entered instead.

Please pay attention when signing up. The account with incorrect email will work but  you won’t be able to withdraw your cash back.

You can also accidentally create new account when trying to log in with the correct email address.

What can I do? In this case we can also merge your accounts into one. The amount of cash back will be stored in the same account. Only correct email address will remain active. So let us know if you would like to do this in any way you like. 

Attach screenshots of the orders for which you have received cash back from Megabonus. These can be taken on a computer or mobile device.

Accidental authorization in somebody’s account.

If several accounts are used on the same computer it is easy to confuse them. It is better to use different browsers together with your friends or family. It will help to avoid unpleasant situations.

What can I do? Check your email address in the Settings. If the account doesn’t belong to you, log out and log in with your email and password.

To change the account open the dropdown menu in the upper right corner and click "Sign out":

What can I do if I am confused?

Don’t worry. Send us the numbers of the orders you made via Megabonus through the feedback form. You can find them on your personal account on the store’s website. As soon as we finds your Megabonus account we will give further instructions.
